KITCHEN CREW 

Kitchen Crew is the heart of Godmother’s Pizza. As part of the Kitchen Crew you work in a fast paced energetic environment. The Kitchen Crew’s main responsibilities is to prepare food items and cook Godmother’s whole menu, answer phones and assist customers, and cleaning (stations, dishes, mopping, and sweeping).  To be successful in this role: a positive attitude is a plus, you must be able to work with kitchen equipment, may be able to endure warm temperatures (during the summer months), must be able to work with other people, and enjoy cooking while ensuring our high standards of food production.

Responsibilities 

• Learning and cooking all food according to Godmother’s Pizza recipes and food safety standards 
• Food prep 
• Answering phones 
• Assisting customers 
• Cleaning workstation, dishwashing, mopping, sweeping and maintaining cleaning standards 
• Working efficiently and in a timely manner 

Skills 

• Must enjoy working with other people on a team 
• Have a want to learn how to cook 
• Must want to work with food 
• Must be able to work on your feet in a physical environment 
• Good communication skills are a plus 
• Good organizational skills are a plus 
• Computer literacy is a plus 
• Have flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays
